GENERAL ASSISTANCE ...

Environmental Quality Objectives for 2007 and 2008:

• Coordinate LLBO environmental policy issues and initiatives including the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) implementation

• Coordinate with LLDRM staff for the provision of environmental quality technical oversight

• Develop LLBO Clean Water Act (CWA) Section 303 Treatment as an Affected State application for federally recognized water quality standards

• Develop a Reservation wide CWA Section 319 Non-Point Source pollution water quality management plan

• Coordinate and track Leech Lake Solid Waste recycling efforts

• Coordinate the cleanup of up to 25 illegal dumps on the Reservation in conjunction with Leech Lake Solid Waste and the Chippewa National Forest staff

• Finalize the LLBO Tribal Food Guide
